ZOOM CLASSES - 5 WEEK BLOCK

Please book and pay for the block before it starts in order to confirm your place.  If you cannot attend at the class time, a recording will be sent to you within 24 hours of the class, and will be available for 7 days for your personal use.  To cancel a booking for a five week block course, please contact me more than 48 hours before the date and time of the first class to receive a full refund, or the option to transfer to another five week block.  Cancellations received within 48 hours of the date and time of the first class will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

ZOOM CLASSES - DROP IN

Book and pay for the class in advance to confirm your place.  If you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund or the option to transfer to another available class.  Cancellation with 24 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund.

 

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
To cancel a private class, please contact me at least 24 hours before the agreed start time.  Cancellations 24 hours or more before the private session start time, will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a mutually suitable date and time. 

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed private class start time, will not be eligible for a refund.   

Private yoga classes booked as a block of four (and therefore eligible for the reduced rate) must be used within 90 days of booking.  Unused bookings will expire after 90 days from the date of the first session and are non-refundable. 

 

WORKSHOPS & COURSES

Full payment for workshops and courses must be received and acknowledged for your place to be confirmed.  Cancellations 14 days or more before the event will be refunded.  Cancellations in the 14 days before the event will be refunded only if the place can be filled.  Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

 

  

CLASSES / COURSES CANCELLED BY ADRIENNE SAY
If Adrienne needs to cancel a course or class, as much notice as possible will be given.

 

If a class or block of classes is cancelled by Adrienne, students will be offered the option to transfer their booking to an alternative/rescheduled class or receive a full refund.
